Tri-Town Against Racism announces fourth annual Black History Month Creative Expressions Contest

Tri-Town Against Racism’s fourth annual Black History Month Creative Expressions Contest is now open. The contest’s theme is “African Americans and the Arts” and is open to all Jr. and Sr. high school students that attend school or reside in the Tri-Town during the 2024 school year.

Entries of any medium are accepted and can be dropped off at the Mattapoisett Free Public Library during normal library hours. The deadline for submission is 4 p.m. on Feb. 22.

Contest winners will be announced at the Mattapoisett Library Community Room during an opening reception on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 2 p.m.
