MARION – St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church is hosting an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner Jan. 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. to raise funds for an upcoming youth group mission trip to the Navajo Nation in New Mexico. 

The group will travel to the Navajo Reservation in June. While there, trip members plan to support the local church and the reservation community through work projects. 

They will also serve in ministry, which will include opportunities for gardening, cleaning and connecting with youth and elderly at the reservation.

“We hope this mission trip will help each one of us to learn about the Navajo people, their history and their culture and what it means to serve another, to make true connections of respect and kindness,” according to St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church. 

Tickets for the dinner are $20 for adults and $10 for children under 10. All proceeds will go toward the mission trip.
