MATTAPOISETT — Have unwanted or unused clutter in your home? The Mattapoisett Lions Club is hosting an electronics and household appliance recycling event on Saturday, June 1 in the parking lot at 22 County Rd.

The event will start at 9 a.m. and run until 1 p.m.

A $35 donation is required for TV’s and monitors. A $20 donation is required for computers, laptops, printers and freezers.

For smaller items like phones, keyboards, video games, camera equipment, toasters and hair dryers, a $5 donation is recommended.

There is a $60 maximum per carload for donation requested items only. Pick-ups considered for homebound individuals. Donations are tax deductible, and donation receipts will be provided.
