Gates to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation, dated February 23, 2022, and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 56535, Page 289, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
